- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon grated celery
- 1 tablespoon grated carrot
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/3 cup diced yellow onion
- 1/3 cup avocado oil
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- lemon juice from 1.5 lemons (approx 1/3 cup)
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- A pinch of cayenne
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly in a blender or food processor.
