  • Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken

    • 1.5 lbs. Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    • 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
    • 1 apple, diced
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (Crystal, Frank’s, etc)
    • 5 dashes of liquid smoke

    Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours. Shred chicken and put back in slow cook for 30 minutes to an hour.
