  • Hummus

    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • 1 15-oz can of chickpeas (reserve liquid and use in place of water)
    • 1/3 cup tahini
    • juice of 1/2 lemon (approx 2 tbsp)
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • pepper to taste
