- 1.5 lbs. Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1 apple, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (Crystal, Frank’s, etc)
- 5 dashes of liquid smoke
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours. Shred chicken and put back in slow cook for 30 minutes to an hour.
