Cilantro Purée

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, rinsed, stemmed & seeded
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.
  2. Whirl until smooth.
